Creating an Amortization Table with Excel

As a follow-up to my post on cash back mortgages, I have decided to do a small screencast showing how to create a simple amortization table using Excel.

It’s a neat trick, but I’m impatient. Thus, I wasn’t crazy about waiting for the process to unfold. I think a few good screenshots would do the same job much more efficiently.
